摘要
城镇污水处理厂随着城市化进程的推进,污泥产量急剧增加,给污水处理厂带来了巨大的压力,污泥中存在有利用价值的微量元素,但还存在难降解有毒有害物质,若污泥得不到妥善的处置,将会引起严重的二次污染。文章结合上海市中心城区三大片区石洞口、竹园和白龙港3个不同污水处理厂污泥处理产物的特性,开展基于污泥处理产物资源化利用的处理处置工艺研究和污泥干化焚烧余热利用工程技术研究,形成污泥处理产物综合利用工艺体系与工程示范。基于实际运行数据和现场监测结果,研究不同处理系统对污泥的处理效果,实现污泥的资源化利用。
With the advancement of urbanization,the sludge production has increased sharply,bringing huge challenge to the wastewater treatment.There are useful trace elements in the sludge,but there are also toxic and harmful substances.If the sludge is not treated properly,the serious secondary pollution can be caused.Based on the characteristics of the sludge treatment products of three different wastewater treatment plants in Shidongkou,Zhuyuan and Bailonggang in the central city of Shanghai.The research on the treatment and disposal technology based on the resource utilization of sludge treatment products.And the engineering technology of waste heat utilization of sludge dry incineration is carried out to form a comprehensive utilization process system and engineering demonstration of sludge treatment products.The effects of different treatment are studied to realize the resource utilization of sludge based on the actual operation data and field monitoring results.
