摘要
利用网络药理学方法探究黑涩楠果实对Ⅱ型糖尿病的作用机制。结合Swiss Target Prediction数据库获取AMF的潜在作用靶点,Gene Cards数据库获取T2DM的潜在作用靶点,进行Venn分析。Cytoscape 3.7.2软件,构建“活性成分-疾病-靶点”网络可视图。利用STRING 11.0数据库,进行蛋白质互作网络(PII)互建。通过DAVID 6.8数据库,对交集靶点进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析。结果:查阅文献获得AMF有效成分19种,相关靶点649个,T2DM疾病相关靶点785个,交集靶点82个。KEGG通路富集分析获得103个通路。预测了黑涩楠果实治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的活性成分及其作用机制,为进一步研究黑涩楠果实治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病提供了理论基础。
To investigate the mechanism of action of Aronia melanocarpa Fruit on diabetes mellitus typeⅡusing a network pharmacological approach.Methods:Venn analysis was performed by combining the Swiss Target Prediction database to obtain potential targets of action for AMF and the GeneCards database to obtain potential targets of action for T2DM.Build the"active ingredient-disease-target"network viewable diagram with Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.Establish Protein Interaction Network(PII)using the STRING 11.0 database.GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of intersecting targets was performed through the DAVID 6.8 database.Results:A review of the literature yielded 19 AMF active ingredients,649 relevant targets,785 T2DM disease-related targets,and 82 intersecting targets.KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was obtained for 103 pathways.The active ingredients and their mechanism of action of black chokeberry the treatment of diabetes mellitus typeⅡwere predicted,providing a theoretical basis for further research on Aronia melanocarpa Fruit the treatment of type II diabetes.
