摘要
在电力系统中,配电网的稳定性直接关系到广大用户的电力安全与日常运作。客户用电安全隐患包括由设备老化、过载操作等因素引起的各种潜在风险,若这些风险未被及时识别和处理,则可能导致严重的供电事故。配电网中存在的脆弱线路更是风险的集中体现,易受到外界环境和内部管理不善的影响。因此,准确地识别和评估这些脆弱线路,并建立有效的风险管理和预警机制,是确保电力系统可靠性和用户安全的关键。文章系统地阐述了配电网脆弱线路的风险因素,开发了一套风险评估模型,并提出风险预警与防控机制,以应对由客户用电安全隐患引起的电网问题,增强配电网的稳健性,保障用户的用电安全。
In the power system,the stability of the distribution network is directly related to the power safety and daily operation of the majority of users.Customer electricity safety hazards include various potential risks caused by equipment aging,overload operation,and other factors,if these risks are not identified and dealt with in a timely manner,they may lead to serious power supply accidents.The fragile lines in the distribution network are a concentrated manifestation of risk,and are easily affected by external environment and poor internal management.Therefore,accurately identifying and evaluating these vulnerable lines,as well as establishing effective risk management and warning mechanisms,are key to ensuring the reliability of the power system and user safety.This article systematically elaborates on the risk factors of fragile power lines in the distribution network,develops a risk assessment model,and proposes a risk warning and prevention mechanism to address power grid problems caused by customer electricity safety hazards.The purpose is to enhance the robustness of the distribution network and ensure the safety of user electricity consumption.
