辅助登高装置在220

Application of Auxiliary Climbing Device in Maintenance of 220 kV Indoor Transformers

摘要 变压器套管一次桩头引线拆除是变压器检修、试验工作中的常见环节。对于室外变压器,检修人员通常可使用斗臂车、蜘蛛车等进行套管一次引线拆除工作。但由于场地因素的限制,现有的登高装置通常难以辅助检修人员在室内环境进行套管一次引线拆搭工作。因此,文章设计了一种利用变压器套管升高座上下法兰进行固定的辅助登高装置。研究表明,该装置拥有安全性高、便携、易安装等优点,在确保检修人员的安全的同时,可大幅加快检修速度。 The removal of the primary pile head lead of transformer casing is a common step in transformer maintenance and testing work.For outdoor transformers,maintenance personnel can often use bucket trucks,spider carts,etc.to remove the casing and lead wires at once.However,due to limitations in site conditions,existing climbing devices often find it difficult to assist maintenance personnel in dismantling and assembling the primary leads of the casing in indoor environments.Therefore,this article designs an auxiliary climbing device that uses transformer sleeves to raise the upper and lower flanges of the seat for fixation.On site use has proven that the device has advantages such as high safety,good portability,and easy installation.While ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel,it greatly accelerates the maintenance speed.
