离子掺杂型复合导电水凝胶的制备

摘要 复合导电水凝胶是近几年导电水凝胶的一个重要研究分支。文章通过在聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺中掺杂海藻酸钠得到海藻酸钠/聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(即SA/PNIPAM)复合水凝胶,在SA/PNIPAM复合水凝胶中掺杂金CuCl_(2)、FeCl_(3)进行进一步的改性,分别测试制备出的复合导电水凝胶的了其导电性能、机械性能、应力/应变传感性能测试。发现海藻酸钠与聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺的复合导电水凝胶具有良好的机械性能。复合导电水凝胶对于压力反映明显,可用于制备不同传感器,满足不同需求。复合导电水凝胶可以导电,并且导电性能理想,可用于导电材料。 Composite conductive hydrogel is an important research branch of conductive hydrogel in recent years.In this paper,SA/PNIPAM composite hydrogel was obtained by doping sodium alginate into poly(N-isopropylacrylamide).The SA/PNIPAM composite hydrogel was further modified by doping gold CuCl_(2) and FeCl_(3).It was found that the composite conductive hydrogel of SA/PNIPAM had good mechanical properties.The composite conductive hydrogel has obvious response to pressure and can be used to prepare different sensors to meet different needs.The composite conductive hydrogel can conduct electricity with ideal conductivity,and can be used as conductive materials.
