非生物型人工肝三种不同治疗模式在肝衰竭治疗中的研究进展

摘要 肝衰竭(LF)是多种病因引起肝脏功能严重障碍的一种临床症候群,其病死率高、预后差。由于内科药物治疗的疗效欠佳、肝移植供体来源紧张且费用昂贵,因此非生物型人工肝支持系统(NBALSS)作为LF最主要的治疗手段目前在临床上广泛应用。NBALSS的治疗模式有血浆置换(PE)、双重血浆分子吸附系统(DPMAS)、PE+DPMAS等,在临床上均能在不同程度改善患者肝功能,但也有不足之处。本文主要针对上述三种不同治疗模式的临床实际应用特点进行阐述总结,以供参考借鉴。 Liver failure(LF)is a clinical syndrome characterized by severe liver dysfunction caused by various etiologies,which has high mortality rate and poor prognosis.Due to the poor therapeutic efficacy of medical drugs,and the shortage of donors and high cost of liver transplantation,the treatment of non-bioartificial liver support system(NBALSS)is widely used in clinic as the most important treatment for LF.The treatment modes of NBALSS include plasma exchange(PE),double plasma molecular adsorption system(DPMAS),PE+DPMAS,etc.,which improve the hepatic function of patients in different degrees in clinic,but there are also some shortcomings.The clinical application characteristics of the above three different treatment modes are mainly expounded and summarized in this paper for reference.
