摘要
目的:探讨高血压病人脉象与动脉功能相关指标的关系。方法:选取河南4个社区193例高血压病人进行回顾性分析,记录病人的年龄、身高、体重等基本资料,应用全自动的动脉功能检测仪器检测病人的踝臂指数(ABI)、踝臂脉搏传播速度(baPWV)、脉搏波上行时间(UT)、平均动脉压百分比(%MAP),通过单因素方差分析比较不同脉象组的一般资料及动脉功能指标的差异。结果:选取频数较多的脉象,根据脉象将病人分为4组:弦脉组(62例)、沉脉组(45例)、滑脉组(44例)、细脉组(21例)。弦脉组baPWV较其他脉象组大,滑脉组%MAP较其他脉象组低,弦脉组UT较其他脉象组小。结论:高血压病人脉象和动脉功能相关指标有一定联系,对临床高血压的诊断有重要意义。
Objective:To explore the relationship between pulse sign and arterial function indicators in patients with hypertension.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 193 patients with hypertension from 4 communities in Henan Province.Basic data such as age,body height,and weight of the patients were recorded.Pulse images with high frequency were selected and the patients were divided into 4 groups according to their pulse images:stringy pulse group(62 patients),deep pulse group(45 patients),slippery pulse group(44 patients),and thready pulse group(21 patients).The ankle-brachial index(ABI),ankle-brachial pulse propagation velocity(baPWV),pulse wave ascending time(UT),mean percentage arterial pressure(%MAP),and interarm systolic pressure difference(IASBPD)of the patients were measured by automatic arterial function instrument.The differences of general data and arterial function indexes of the four groups were compared by one-way analysis of variance.Results:The ankle brachial pulse propagation velocity(baPWV)of the string pulse group was higher than that of the other pulse groups.The%MAP in the slippery pulse was lower than that in the other groups.The ascending time of pulse wave in the stringy pulse group was less than that in the other groups.Conclusion:There is some correlation between pulse and arterial function,which is useful for clinical diagnosis of hypertension.
