摘要
目的探讨腕踝针治疗在急性肾绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年10月—2023年9月威海市中医院收治的92例泌尿系结石肾绞痛患者,按照乱数表法随机分为对照组与针刺组,各46例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,针刺组在其基础上增加腕踝针治疗,两组均持续治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分(腰腹绞痛、小便涩痛、排尿不畅),治疗前与治疗后15 min、30 min、60 min疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],以及等待治疗时间、不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果治疗后,针刺组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且针刺组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后15 min、30 min、60 min,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且针刺组均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);针刺组等待治疗时间、不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);针刺组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针治疗在急性肾绞痛患者中应用价值较高,能缩短患者等待治疗时间,改善临床症状与疼痛程度,安全性良好,并获得较高的患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with acute renal colic.Methods A total of 92 patients with renal colic caused by urinary calculus admitted to Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the acupuncture group received wrist ankle acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Treatment in both groups continued for one week.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(waist and abdominal pain,painful urination,and poor urination)before and after treatment,pain levels[visual analog scale(VAS)]before and after treatment for 15 minutes,30 minutes,and 60 minutes,waiting time for treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treatment,and the acupuncture group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment for 15 minutes,30 minutes,and 60 minutes decreased,and the acupuncture group was lower than the control group at the same time(P<0.05,P<0.01).The waiting time and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the overall nursing satisfaction in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture treatment has a significant application value in patients with acute renal colic,which can shorten the waiting time for treatment and improve clinical symptoms and pain levels.It has good safety and has been widely recognized by patients.
