摘要
传统的航空发动机装配工艺执行系统关键技术在工艺与设计环节完全脱离,导致资源利用率相对较低。为解决这个问题,本文提出了新的航空发动机装配工艺执行系统关键技术。首先访问航空发动机工艺执行数据,接下来计算工艺执行数据关联度,最后执行装配工艺系统的任务指令,至此实现新的航空发动机装配工艺执行系统关键技术。设计对比试验,试验结果证明,该技术资源利用率较好,可以更好地完成任务,提高系统的整体性能。
The key technology of the traditional aircraft engine assembly process execution system is completely detached from the process and design stages,resulting in low resource utilization.In order to solve this problem,a new key technology of the aircraft engine assembly process execution system is proposed.Firstly,access the process execution data of the aircraft engine,then calculate the correlation degree of the process execution data,and finally execute the task instructions of the assembly process system,so as to achieve the key technology of the new aircraft engine assembly process execution system.The comparison test is designed,and the test results show that the technology has better resource utilization,can better complete tasks,and improve the overall performance of the system.
