摘要
本文基于广州地铁三号线东延段区间隧道上方施工亚运大道改造项目2座跨线桥工程实例,提出一种地铁区间隧道上方桥梁引桥泡沫轻质土回填技术。针对地铁区间隧道上方市政桥梁施工,桥梁引道结构层的荷载势必会超过覆土荷载,在地铁区间隧道上方施工时必须采取相应的措施,以减小其上部的附加荷载,利用泡沫轻质土轻质高强的特点,采用“泡沫轻质土+土工布+钢筋网”的形式进行引桥回填。结果表明:采用轻质泡沫土回填不仅可以减轻对地铁隧道的变形影响,还可以避免桥头跳车的产生及降低桥梁引道的工后沉降影响,整体节约工期45天,可节约施工成本78万。该技术引进了泡沫轻质土新材料、新技术和新工艺,有效减轻了路面荷载,满足了地铁区间隧道上方荷载要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
In this paper,a foam light soil backfill technique for bridge approach bridge above metro section tunnel is proposed based on the construction of two cross-bridge projects of Yayunda Renovation project above the east extension section tunnel of Guangzhou Metro Line 3.For the municipal bridge construction above the subway tunnel,the load of the bridge approach structure layer is bound to exceed the soil cover load,and corresponding measures must be taken during the construction above the subway tunnel to reduce the additional load on the upper part.The approach bridge is backfilled in the form of"foam light soil+geotextile+steel mesh"by taking advantage of the characteristics of light and high strength foam light soil.The results show that the use of light foam backfill can not only reduce the deformation of the subway tunnel,but also avoid the occurrence of bridge head jump and reduce the influence of post-construction settlement of the bridge approach.The overall construction period can be saved by 45 days and the construction cost can be saved by 780,000 yuan.This technology introduces new materials,new technologies and new processes of foamed light soil,effectively improves and reduces the road load,meets the load requirements above the subway tunnel,and can provide reference for similar projects.
