摘要
为探究影响装配式建筑建造成本的主要因素及其所占权重,从而更好的对建造成本进行控制,通过分析及调查确定20个装配式建筑建造成本影响因素,运用解释结构模型算法将各影响因素进行层级划分,使用层次分析法计算各层级影响因素权重。分析表明:材料价格、装配率等对建造成本影响较大。最后通过灰色关联分析及逼近理想解法创建装配式建筑建造成本评估模型,将影响因素指标进行量化,计算出各条件下的正、负理想解及相对贴近度,对不同条件下的成本差异进行评价,通过经开区棚户区改造工程的装配式剪力墙结构住宅楼对该算法模型进行验证。
It describing the main factors affecting the cost of prefabricated buildings and their influence weights in order to better control its cost,and there are 20 influence factors after scientifically and seriously analysis and investigation about it,and each influencing factor was divided into levels by using the interpretive structural model algorithm,and ultimately the weight of each level of influencing factors was calculated using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).The result indicates that material prices and assembled ratio have a greater im-pact on the cost of prefabricated buildings among various influencing factors.Finally,an evaluation model of the cost of prefabricated build-ings is created through GCA(grey correlation analysis)and TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution),and the indicators of influencing factors are quantified.Then,the cost difference under different conditions is evaluated after calculating the posi-tive and negative ideal solutions and relative closeness under each condition,and the prefabricated shear wall structure residential building of the shanty town renovation project in economic and technological development zone is used to verify the model of the algorithm.
