基于“三院三核”的高职工匠型人才培养研究——以湖州职业技术学院为例

Research on the Craftsman Talent Cultivation in Vocational Colleges Based on the Mode of“Three Schools and Three Cores”Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technological College as an Example

摘要 当前,高职院校的人才培养无法完全满足现代制造业的需求。主要表现为人才培养的路径不够明晰,校企协同育人的体制机制不够健全。湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)深化产教融合,通过“三院”联动和“三核”驱动,构建工匠型人才培育平台,探索人才培育新路径,创新人才培养课程体系和协同育人体制机制,形成了“三院三核”人才培养模式。“三院三核”人才培养模式实施后,学生的综合素养、教师的教学能力与专业水平、学校的专业建设等均实现了高质量发展。 At present,the talent cultivation in vocational colleges cannot fully meet the needs of modern manufacturing industry,mainly manifested in the unclear path of talent cultivation and the inadequate system and mechanism of school enterprise collaborative education.Huzhou Vocational and Technological College deepens the integration of industry and education,constructs a platform for craftsman talent cultivation through the linkage of“three schools”and“three cores”,explores new paths for talent cultivation,innovates the curriculum system and collaborative education mechanism for talent cultivation,and forms the“three schools and three cores”talent cultivation model.After the implementation of the“three schools and three cores”talent cultivation model,high-quality development has been achieved in students’comprehensive literacy,teachers’teaching ability and professional level,as well as the college’s professional construction.
