摘要
针对某电子信息产业园企业排放废水水质差异大,成分复杂的特点,将废水分类收集,通过采用中和、混凝沉淀、化学氧化及生化处理组合工艺,出水水质达到GB 39731—2020《电子工业水污染物排放标准》表1中的间接排放标准及GB/T 31962—2015《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》表1中B级标准及下游污水处理厂接管标准。介绍了该工程的工艺流程、主要设计参数、投资运行成本及工程运行情况。
According to the characteristics of the wastewater discharged from an electronic information industrial park such as:large difference in water quality,complex composition,and so on,a combined process of neutralization,coagulation sedimentation,chemical oxidation and biochemical treatment,was adopted for its treatment.The effluent water quality met the indirect discharge standard specified in table 1 of GB 39731—2020 Discharge standard of water pollutants for electronic industry,the grade B standard specified in table 1 of GB/T 31962—2015 Wastewater quality standards for discharge to municipal sewers,and the take-over standard of the downstream sewage treatment plant.The process flow,main design parameters,investment,operation cost and actual operation of the project were introduced.
