基于图像处理的激光清洗飞机蒙皮特性和机制研究 被引量:1

Research on the characteristics and mechanism of laser cleaning aircraft skin based on image processing

摘要 为了避免激光清洗后的飞机蒙皮图像难以直接观察、分析蒙皮特性与机制的问题,采用了一种基于Lab颜色空间的k均值聚类算法和基于Canny算子的边缘检测相结合的漆层宏观图像和微观图像共同分析的方法。首先对清洗后的图像进行颜色空间转换,将原本的RGB颜色空间转换为Lab颜色空间,并通过k均值聚类的算法进行图像分割,再将各漆层连接处的电镜图通过Canny算子进行边缘检测提取边缘信息,然后通过处理后的图像分别进行特性和机制研究,最后将图像处理结果通过热应力分析进行验证。结果表明,采用该方法,激光能量密度分别为6.37 J/cm 2和1.91 J/cm 2时,飞机蒙皮的面漆和底漆能被激光完全消除。该研究为激光自动除漆提供了参考。 In order to avoid the problem of difficult direct observation and analysis of skin characteristics and mechanisms in aircraft skin images after laser cleaning,a method combining k-means clustering algorithm based on Lab color space and edge detection based on Canny operator was adopted to jointly analyze macroscopic and microscopic images of the paint layer.Firstly,perform color space conversion on the cleaned image,converting the original RGB color space into Lab color space,and perform image segmentation using k-means clustering algorithm.Then use the Canny operator to perform edge detection and extract edge information from the electron microscopy images at the junction of each paint layer.Then,study the characteristics and mechanisms of the processed images separately.Finally,the image processing results were validated through thermal stress analysis.The results indicate that,when laser energy density is 6.37 J/cm 2 and 1.91 J/cm 2,the top coat and primer of the aircraft skin can be completely removed by the laser.This study provides a reference for laser automatic paint removal.
