摘要
膜式氧合器是体外生命支持系统的重要部件,其表面涂层能够提高器件(人工材料)的血液(生物)相容性,降低血栓形成风险。因此,涂层的稳定性是氧合器的关键性能之一,对氧合器涂层的检测不可或缺。本文概述了膜式氧合器的主要涂层材料,总结了涂层表面结构的分析方法,包括扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和接触角测试等。同时,重点介绍了涂层稳定性的检测方法,针对不同涂层材料采用相应的测试手段,如液相色谱、红外光谱和分光光度法等,这些检测方法对膜式氧合器涂层的检测具有借鉴意义。
Membrane oxygenators are essential components of extracorporeal life support systems,and their surface coatings improve the biocompatibility of the devices(artificial materials)and reduce the risk of thrombosis.Therefore,the stability of the coating is a crucial property of the oxygenator,and testing the coatings of oxygenators is essential.This paper outlines the primary types of coating materials used for membrane oxygenators and summarizes the methods for analyzing the surface structure of these coatings.These methods include scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and contact angle testing.Meanwhile,the emphasis is on testing methods for assessing coating stability.Several specific test methods can be employed for different types of coating materials,including liquid chromatography,infrared spectroscopy,and spectrophotometry.These testing methods are important for evaluating the coatings of membrane oxygenators.
