摘要
随着全球经济的快速发展,社会对人才素质和能力的要求也在不断提高。传统的教学模式以传授理论知识为主,忽视了学生实践能力的培养,这在一定程度上限制了学生能力的全面发展,特别是在中职食品加工专业,学生不仅需要掌握坚实的理论知识,更需要具备丰富的实践经验和创新能力。基于此,首先阐述了中职食品加工专业课教学现状,随后分析任务驱动教学法在中职食品加工专业课教学中的应用意义,最后从四个方面探讨任务驱动教学法在中职食品加工专业课教学中的应用策略。
With the rapid development of the global economy,the requirements of the society for the quality and ability of talents are also increasing.The traditional teaching mode is based on imparting theoretical knowledge and neglecting the cultivation of students'practical ability,which limits the comprehensive development of students'ability to a certain extent.Especially the students of the Secondary Vocational School who majored in the food processing specialty not only need to master solid theoretical knowledge,but also need to have rich practical experience and innovation ability.Based on this,this paper firstly describes the status quo of the teaching of food processing courses in the Secondary Vocational Schools,then analyzes the significance of the application of task-driven teaching method in the teaching of food processing courses in the Secondary Vocational Schools,and finally discusses the application strategy of task-driven teaching method in the teaching of food processing courses in the Secondary Vocational Schools from four aspects.
