摘要
在新的发展时期,国土空间规划面临更加复杂的外部环境,在进行国土资源综合整治和生态修复时产生了很多新问题,给国土资源开发和利用工作造成不利影响。首先分析国土空间规划中进行综合整治和生态修复的必要性,并结合国土空间规划现状明确其中存在的主要困境和问题,在此基础上探索有效的综合整治和生态修复机制构建策略。
In the new era of development,territorial spatial planning needs to face a more complex external environment,leading to many new problems in the comprehensive improvement of land resources and ecological restoration,which has brought a certain impact to the development and utilization of land resources.This paper first analyzes the necessity of comprehensive remediation and ecological restoration in territorial spatial planning,clarifies main difficulties and problems in territorial spatial planning in combination with its current situation,and then explores effective strategies for comprehensive remediation and the construction of ecological restoration mechanisms.
