Emotional Socialization of Kindergarten Teachers:Definition,Measurement,and Implications

摘要 作为幼儿的重要社交者,幼儿园教师的情绪社会化是影响幼儿情绪发展的重要因素。本研究通过系统梳理国外相关研究进展,围绕幼儿园教师情绪社会化的内涵以及测量评估方式展开论述。基于此,研究者提出相关建议。 This study focuses on the emotional socialization of kindergarten teachers as an important factor influencing the emotional development of young children,who are the teachers'important social partners.Through a systematic review of relevant research progress abroad,this study discusses the connotation of emotional socialization of kindergarten teachers and the ways to measure and evaluate it.Based on this,relevant suggestions are proposed.
