摘要
电厂侧自动电压控制系统对改善高压侧电压水平具有重要作用,但其参数误整定将严重威胁发电机组的安全稳定运行。针对一起自动电压控制系统参数误整定引起的水电机组功率振荡事件,阐述了自动电压控制和低励限制的基本原理,详细分析了子站参数误整定导致功率振荡事件的原因,并提出了针对性的防范解决措施。
The automatic voltage control system on the power plant side plays an important role in improving the voltage level of the high-voltage side,but its parameter missetting will seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the generator.This paper elaborates on the basic principles of automatic voltage control and under excitation limiter in response to a power oscillation event caused by incorrect setting of automatic voltage control system parameters in hydropower units.The reasons for power oscillation events caused by incorrect setting of slave station parameters are analyzed in detail,and targeted preventive measures and solutions are proposed.
