摘要
目的:探讨小针刀联合非甾体抗炎药治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月南京市高淳区东坝中心卫生院门诊收治的狭窄性腱鞘炎患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予非甾体抗炎药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小针刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛程度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后24 h、2周及4周,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合非甾体抗炎药治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床效果较好,能够提高治疗效果,减轻疼痛。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods:Sixty patients with stenosing tenosynovitis admitted to the Dongba Central Health Center of Nanjing Gaochun District from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and the observation group was treated with small needle knife on the basis of control group.The treatment effect and pain level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of visual analogue scale between the two groups(P>0.05).At 24 h,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle knife combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs has good clinical effect in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis,and can improve the treatment effect and reduce pain.
