摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年4月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的60例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。比较两组临床指标、护理满意度。结果:观察组酮症酸中毒纠正时间、血糖达标时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者护理中的应用效果较好,能够促进患者康复,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The ketoacidosis correction time and blood glucose compliance time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis is good,which can promote the recovery of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
