摘要
目的:分析中医疗法联合养生治疗湿疹的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年2月扬州经济技术开发区文汇街道社区卫生服务中心收治的60例湿疹患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组实施中医疗法联合养生。比较两组治疗效果、瘙痒及皮损情况、不良反应、治疗满意度。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。治疗后,两组瘙痒程度、皮损面积评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。研究组治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:中医疗法联合养生治疗湿疹的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,促进皮损愈合,降低不良反应发生率,提高治疗满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with health maintenance in treatment of eczema.Methods:Sixty patients with eczema admitted to Wenhui Sub-district Community Health Service Center in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group by randomly drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with health maintenance.The treatment effect,itching and skin lesions,adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).After treatment,the itching severity and skin lesion area scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).The total satisfaction with treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with health maintenance has a significant effect in the treatment of eczema,and can ameliorate clinical symptoms of patients,promote the healing of skin lesions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve treatment satisfaction.
