摘要
目的:分析互动护理在结肠癌患者结肠造口术护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月锦州医科大学附属第一医院收治的60例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施互动护理。比较两组自我护理能力、自我效能感、情绪状态。结果:护理前,两组自我护理能力、自我效能感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组自我护理能力、自我效能感评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互动护理在结肠癌患者结肠造口术护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者自我护理能力、自我效能感,缓解患者负性情绪,值得临床应用。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of interactive nursing in colostomy nursing of colon cancer patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colon cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received interactive nursing.Self-care ability,self-efficacy,and emotional state were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-care ability and self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability and self-efficacy scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interactive nursing in colostomy nursing of colon cancer patients has a significant effect,which can improve patients'self-care ability and self-efficacy,alleviate patients'negative emotions,and is worthy of clinical application.
