摘要
目的:分析基于智慧病房系统的护理在肿瘤科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年4—6月广东省人民医院肿瘤科收治的618例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各309例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于智慧病房系统的护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组输液管理、健康宣教、费用结算、信息核对耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:基于智慧病房系统的护理在肿瘤科患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短护理耗时,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing based on intelligent ward system in patients of oncology department.Methods:A total of 618 patients admitted to the Oncology Department of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from April 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 309 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received the nursing based on intelligent ward system.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The infusion management,health education,cost settlement and information checking time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:The nursing based on intelligent ward system has significant application effects in patients of oncology department,and can shorten the nursing time,reduce the risk of nursing adverse events,and increase the nursing satisfaction.
