地月空间态势感知与应对策略研究

Research on Cislunar Space Situational Awareness and Response Strategy

摘要 地月空间态势感知是对地月空间活动所依赖的空间环境,以及地月空间相关力量的一切要素、活动和事件的当前情况的认知和未来的预测。文章调研了地月空间态势感知目标——空间碎片和微流星、地月空间目标等的研究进展,总结了其发展趋势;提出了地月空间态势感知与应对系统的功能、组成,架构设计技术、智能规划与决策技术等核心技术规划,以及加快构建地月空间态势感知与应对系统、加快布局人工智能等先进技术应用的发展建议。上述研究结果可为我国未来地月空间态势感知能力的构建提供参考。 Cislunar space situational awareness refers to the current situation recognition and future prediction of spatial environment on which cislunar space activities rely and all elements,activities and events related to the cislunar space foreces.The research progress of cislunar space situational awareness objectives of space debris,meteoroid and cislunar space targets are investigated and the development trends are summarized.Also,the function and composition,and key technology planning such as architecture design and intelligent planning and decision making of cislunar space situational awareness and response system are proposed.Furthermore,the deve ̄lopment suggestions are put forward including construction of cislunar space situational awareness and response system and accelerating application layout of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence.The above research results can provide reference for the construction of Chinese future cislunar space situational awareness capability.
