可食用昆虫蛋白的医药领域研究进展

Research Progress of Edible Insect Protein in the Field of Medicine

摘要 随着全球对新型可食用资源的关注度增加,昆虫蛋白质成为了新的研究热点。本文综述了近年来昆虫蛋白在医药领域的研究进展,包括免疫、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、降血压、降血糖等方面。结果显示,昆虫蛋白含有丰富的生物活性物质,使其在医药领域有着广阔的应用前景。文章可为昆虫蛋白的研究和进一步开发利用提供一定参考,为昆虫蛋白促进人类健康事业发展做出指导。 With the increasing global interest in new edible resources, insect proteins have become a new research focus.In this paper, the research progress of insect protein in the field of medicine in recent years is reviewed, including immunity,antibacterial, antiviral, anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, blood pressure lowering, blood sugar lowering and so on.The results show that insect protein contains abundant bioactive substances, which makes it have a broad application prospect in the field of medicine. This paper can provide some reference for the research and further development of insect protein, and provide guidance for the development of insect protein to promote human health.
