摘要
目的基于肠道菌群探讨中药复方治疗脑卒中的研究进展,为今后的研究提供参考。方法对相关文献进行梳理和分析,探讨相关中药复方通过调节肠道菌群在脑卒中治疗方面的作用机制。结果中药复方能通过多种方式促进肠道菌群的多样性和平衡,减少有害菌的生长、增加有益菌的数量、调节肠道免疫和代谢功能,从而对脑卒中的发病和恢复有积极作用。此外,中药复方也具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗凝等作用,对脑卒中的治疗具有一定的效果。结论中药复方对肠道菌群的调节作用已成为脑卒中领域的研究热点。通过调节肠道菌群的内环境平衡对预防和治疗脑卒中具有重要意义,但仍需要更多的实验和临床研究来验证其疗效。
Objective To summarize the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulas in the treatment of cerebral stroke(CS)by regulating the gut microbiota,and provide a reference for future studies.Methods Relevant literatures were reviewed and analyzed to explore the mechanisms of TCM formulas in treating CS through regulating gut microbiota.Results TCM formulas can promote the diversity and balance of gut microbiota by reducing harmful bacteria,increasing beneficial bacteria,and regulating gut immunity and metabolism,which can positively affect the occurrence and recovery of CS.In addition,TCM formulas also have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anticoagulant effects,which can benefit the treatment of CS.Conclusion The regulatory effects of TCM formulas on gut microbiota have become a research hotspot in the field of CS.The regulation of the gut microbiota through the balance of its internal environment is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of CS,but further experiments and clinical studies are needed to verify its efficacy.
