摘要
该文采用问卷调查放射科住院医师在医患沟通认知、态度和培训需求等方面需求,基于此开发了联合智能眼镜与情景模拟教学法的医患沟通培训课程。理论课程包括医学伦理学、思想政治教育、医德医风和医患沟通技巧4次课,每次2学时,共8学时;实践阶段为联合智能眼镜与情景模拟的教学实施,内容包括告知坏消息、拒绝异性医师检查等12个典型案例,共12次课,每次2学时,共24个学时。结果显示,89.47%(17/19)的住院医师认为该教学模式更有趣味性,94.74%(18/19)住院医师认为培训有助于提高医患沟通能力。
In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to sort out the radiology residents'perceptions,attitudes and training needs in doctor-patient communication,based on which a doctor-patient communication training course combining smart glasses and the simulation teaching method was developed and equipped.The course consisted of a basic theory teaching phase,with topics including medical ethics,ideological and political education,medical morals,and doctor-patient communication skills in four sessions of 2 hours each,for a total of 8 hours.The practice phase was the teaching implementation of combined smart glasses and situational simulation,with 12 typical cases including informing bad news and refusing examination by physicians of the opposite sex,in 12 sessions of 2 hours each,for a total of 24 hours.Preliminary practice results showed that 89.47%(17/19)of the residents found the teaching model more interesting and 94.74%(18/19)of the residents thought that the training helped to improve doctor-patient communication skills.
