摘要
作为国家治理体系最终端的阵地,社区如何发挥其优势开展家庭教育指导服务工作成为一项颇具系统性的重大工程。以系统论的理论为支撑,剖析社区家庭教育指导服务体系现状,并将社区家庭教育指导服务体系划分为管理主体、建设主体、建设介体三个构成要素。以优化的目的,从要素耦合、平衡联动等方面对社区家庭教育指导服务体系进行提升,以最终实现各要素之间关系的协调,构建一套高质量的社区家庭教育指导服务体系。
Positioned as the ultimate component of the national governance structure,leveraging the community's strengths to provide family education guidance services has emerged as a project of systemic importance.Drawing upon system theory,this paper explores the community-based family education guidance service system,conducts an analysis of its current state,elucidates its components,and approaches the community family education guidance service system as a comprehensive project composed of three elements:management subject,construction subject,and construction intermediary.With the aim of optimization,enhancements to the community-based family education guidance service system are proposed,focusing on element coupling and balanced linkage,thereby facilitating the harmonization of relationships among various components and establishing a high-quality community family education guidance service system.
