摘要
目的:评估二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声(以下简称联合检查)在艾滋病合并腹部结核诊断中的效能。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年5月云南省传染病医院收治的疑似合并腹部结核的艾滋病患者61例为研究对象。所有患者接受二维超声、彩色多普勒超声检查,以临床综合诊断为“金标准”,比较联合检查与两种方法单独检查诊断艾滋病合并腹部结核的效能。结果:联合检查诊断艾滋病合并腹部结核的特异度高于二维超声、彩色多普勒超声单独检查,联合检查阳性预测值高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超声检查灵敏度高于二维超声与联合检查,准确度、阴性预测值高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检查在艾滋病合并腹部结核中的诊断效能较高。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome with abdominal tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 61 acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients suspected to be complicated with abdominal tuberculosis were selected as the study objects at Yunnan Provincial Infectious Disease Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023.All patients received two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound,with clinical comprehensive diagnosis as the"gold standard",to compare the efficacy of combined examination and two separate methods in the diagnosis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome combined with abdominal tuberculosis.Result:The specificity of the combined examination for the diagnosis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome combined with abdominal tuberculosis was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound alone,and the positive predictive value of the combined examination was higher than that of the two-dimensional ultrasound examination,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the sensitivity of the color Doppler ultrasound examination was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound with the combined examination,and the accuracy and the negative predictive value were higher than that of the two-dimensional ultrasound examination,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined examination is effective in the diagnosis of acquired immune deficiency syndrome complicated with abdominal tuberculosis.
