摘要
目的 探究基于快速康复理念的多学科协作对胸腔镜肺癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法 120例胸腔镜肺癌术患者随机分为2组,分别接受多学科协作快速康复外科管理(观察组)和传统围术期管理(对照组);采用数字疼痛评分法(NRS)比较两组患者术后不同时间点疼痛情况,比较两组患者的尿管拔管时间、下床时间、胸腔管拔管时间、术后并发症发生率。结果 观察组术后不同时间点(1、6、12、24 h)的NRS评分,下床时间、尿管及胸腔管的拔管时间、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复外科管理中的多学科协作能较好促进胸腔镜肺癌患者术后的恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaboration based on the concept of rapid recovery on postoperative recovery of thoracoscopic lung cancer patients.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups,receiving either multidisciplinary collaborative rapid recovery surgical management(observation group)or traditional perioperative management(control group).The study utilized the numeric rating scale(NRS)to compare the postoperative pain levels at different time points between the two groups,as well as comparing the time of urinary catheter removal,time to ambulation,time of thoracic tube removal,and postoperative complication rates between the two groups.Results The observation group exhibited lower NRS scores at various postoperative time points(1,6,12,and 24 hours),as well as shorter times to ambulation,urinary catheter removal,and thoracic tube removal,compared to the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications was also lower in the observation group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaboration in rapid recovery surgical management can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.
