摘要
建立了QuEChERS结合气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)快速测定植物油中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)塑化剂残留的方法。样品用正己烷饱和的乙腈提取后,经QuEChERS玻璃净化管净化。净化液不经浓缩直接采用GC-MS测定,外标法定量。结果表明:3种塑化剂在一定的质量浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数R均大于0.998;DBP、DEHP、DINP的方法定量限分别为0.24、0.24、6.00 mg/kg;在3种加标水平下,回收率为82.6%~101.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.5%~8.5%。方法操作简单、快速、准确可靠,适用于植物油中DBP、DEHP、DINP风险监控的快速检测。
A method of QuEChERS combined with GC-MS was established for rapid determination of dibutyl phthalate(DBP),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)and diisononyl ortho-phthalate(DINP)plasticizer residues in vegetable oils.The sample was extracted using acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane and purified through QuEChERS glass purification tube.The purified solution was directly measured by GCMS without concentration,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship among the three plasticizers within a certain range of mass concentrations,and the correlation coefficients R were all greater than 0.998.The quantitative limits of DBP,DEHP and DINP methods were 0.24,0.24and 6.00 mg/kg,respectively.At three spiking levels,the recovery rate was 82.6%to 101.6%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the determination results was 3.5%to 8.5%.The method was simple,fast,accurate and reliable,and was suitable for rapid detection of DBP,DEHP and DINP risk monitoring in vegetable oils.
