摘要
将基于倾斜摄影测量技术建成的三维模型场景用于不动产登记业务工作中,能将复杂的不动产信息借助三维模型进行准确、真实表达。利用ContextCapture软件进行三维模型构建,以广西某自然村落为例构建模型,在三维模型的基础上进行房产数据采集,同时采用传统测量方式采集控制点数据,进行精度对比分析。结果表明,无人机倾斜摄影测量技术可以满足1∶500不动产测绘精度要求。
The use of the 3D model scene based on oblique photogrammetry technology in real estate registration business can accurately and realistically express complex real estate information with the help of the 3D model.This paper uses ContextCapture software to construct the 3D model and takes a natural village in Guangxi as an example to construct the model.It collects real estate data based on the 3D model,uses traditional measurement methods to collect control point data,and makes the comparison and analysis of accuracy.The results indicate that drone oblique photogrammetry technology can meet the accuracy requirement of 1:500 for real estate surveying and mapping.
