摘要
介绍了非驱动端端盖的结构特点、技术要求,设计了非驱动端端盖铸造工艺试制方案。通过使用冒口提高铸件内部质量和增加径向尺寸工艺补正量保证径向尺寸精度的工艺措施,确保产品符合图纸要求,最终工艺已通过了批量生产的质量验证。
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of the non-drive end cap were introduced,and the pilot production scheme of the non-drive end cap casting process was introduced in detail.Through the use of risers to improve the internal quality of the casting,by increasing the radial size process complement to ensure radial size accuracy,which can ensure that the product meets the requirements of the drawing.The final process has passed the quality verification of mass production.
