摘要
在电力设备维护过程中,需利用自动化诊断技术对变压器进行定期检查和维护,以确保变压器的绝缘性和稳定性,因此,提出高频高压大功率变压器的绝缘状态自动化诊断方法。首先,构建变压器简易电路结构,将绕组直流电阻故障集中体现在三相不平衡系数上,修正其系数,提取高频高压大功率变压器的绝缘状态特征。其次,构建定性状态与定量指标之间转换的映射函数,在该函数基础上,划分变压器绝缘状态等级。最后,计算各项指标与绝缘状态之间的相关度,根据变压器的绝缘状态相关度最大标准,计算出最大相关度数值,以诊断大功率变压器的绝缘状态。结果表明,该研究方法的测试结果与实验设定的油纸绝缘试样的剩余电压数值基本重合,利用该方法能准确诊断变压器的绝缘状态。
In the process of power equipment maintenance,the automatic diagnosis technology is used to check and maintain the transformer regularly to ensure the insulation performance and stability of the transformer.Therefore,the automatic diagnosis method of insulation state of high-frequency high-voltage and high-power transformer is proposed.Firstly,the simple circuit structure of transformer is constructed,and the winding DC resistance fault is concentrated on the three-phase imbalance coefficient,and its coefficient is corrected to extract the insulation state characteristics of high-frequency,highvoltage and high-power transformer.Secondly,the mapping function between qualitative state and quantitative index is constructed,and the insulation state grade of transformer is divided on the basis of this function.Finally,the correlation between each index and insulation state is calculated,and the maximum correlation value is calculated according to the maximum correlation standard of transformer insulation state,so as to diagnose the insulation state of high-power transformer.The experimental results show that the test results under the research method basically coincide with the residual voltage values of the oil-paper insulation samples set in the experiment.This method can accurately diagnose the insulation status of transformers.
