摘要
为探究甘肃省内陆河流域、黄河流域、长江流域水资源紧缺状况,分别运用综合评分法和熵权-TOPSIS模型定量分析了2011—2022年三大流域的水资源紧缺程度。结果表明:三大流域水资源紧缺程度综合评分值为12.42~29.41,均属于缺水流域,水资源紧缺程度由高到低依次为内陆河流域、黄河流域、长江流域;甘肃省水资源紧缺贴近度值总体呈增长趋势,表明水资源越来越紧缺;耕地率、耕地灌溉率、工业产值模数、水资源利用率、现状缺水率是影响评价结果的主要因素。建议甘肃省通过完善水利基础设施建设、调整产业结构、加强节水型社会建设等措施缓解水资源紧缺状况。
In order to explore the water scarcity situation of inland river basin,Yellow River Basin and Yangtze River Basin in Gansu Prov-ince,the comprehensive scoring method and entropy weight TOPSIS model were used to quantitatively analyze the water scarcity degree of the three major river basins during 2011-2022.The results show that the comprehensive score of water resources shortage degree of the three ma-jor river basins is between 12.42 and 29.41 and all of them belong to water-scarce basins.The water shortage degree from high to low is the inland river basin,the Yellow River Basin and the Yangtze River Basin.The degree of water resources shortage in Gansu Province is increas-ing in general,showing that water resources are increasingly scarce.Cultivated land rate,irrigation rate,industrial value module,water re-sources utilization rate and current water shortage rate are the main factors influencing the evaluation results.It is suggested that Gansu Prov-ince should improve the construction of water conservancy infrastructure,adjust the industrial structure and strengthen the building of water-saving society to alleviate the shortage of water resources.
