摘要
为促进煤矿供电系统的节能降耗,基于山西某矿供电系统运行现状,分析了其供电系统现存的主要问题,针对其供电距离长,电能损耗大等问题,提出了无功补偿策略,计算了无功补偿容量,对比分析了几种无功补偿方案,决定采用就地补偿的方式来进行无功补偿。应用了SVG无功补偿装置,分析了补偿应用效果,结果表明:应用SVG静态无功补偿装置后,综采工作面供电线损率由之前的11.6%降为了8.9%,电能消耗大幅降低,每年可节省110万元的电费,实现了节能降损,该研究可为类似工况下矿井供电系统的节能降损改造提供参考。
In order to promote energy conservation and consumption reduction in the coal mine power supply system,based on the current operation status of a coal mine power supply system in Shanxi,the main existing problems of its power supply system were analyzed.In response to the problems of long power supply distance and large power loss,a reactive power compensation strategy was proposed,the reactive power compen-sation capacity was calculated,and several reactive power compensation schemes were compared and analyzed.It was decided to use on-site com-pensation for reactive power compensation.The SVG reactive power compensation device was applied,and the compensation application effect was analyzed.The results showed that after applying the SVG static reactive power compensation device,the loss rate of the power supply line in the ful-ly mechanized mining face increased from the previous 11.6%to 8.9%,electricity consumption has significantly decreased,saving 1.1 million yuan in electricity bills annually,achieving energy conservation and loss reduction.This study can provide reference for energy-saving and loss reduction transformation of mine power supply systems under similar working conditions.
