摘要
焦炉煤气中氢气含量约50%~60%,通过管道输送至煤气净化装置处理,净化后焦炉煤气经罗茨风机增压后进入煤气压缩机,采用变温吸附(TSA)技术脱苯脱萘,变压吸附(PSA)技术提氢,低温除氧以及分子筛对氢气进行纯化,得到99.999%的氢气。该系统运行过程中主要管控的指标为氧含量及含水量,针对影响焦炉煤气制氢工艺中氧含量以及含水量异常原因进行分析,制定相应的管控措施,确保系统稳定顺行。
The hydrogen content of coke oven gas is about 50%-60%,which is transported to the gas purification device by pipeline for treatment.After purification,coke oven gas is pressurized by Roots fan and then enters the gas compressor.Temperature swing adsorption(TSA)technology is used to remove benzene and naphthalene,pressure swing adsorption(PSA)technology is used to extract hydrogen,low-temperature deoxygenation and molecular sieve is used to purify hydrogen,resulting in 99.999%hydrogen gas.The main control indicators during the operation of the system are oxygen content and water content.By analyzing the causes of abnormal oxygen content and water content in the coke oven gas hydrogen production process,corresponding control measures are formulated to ensure the stable and smooth operation of the system.
