摘要
以典型铀矿山周边放射性核素污染土壤为研究对象,采用盆栽试验,分析螯合剂与丛枝菌根真菌联合植物对强化修复放射性污染土壤的影响,揭示螯合剂和丛枝菌根真菌联合植物修复污染土壤的特征。结果表明:施加柠檬酸(CA)与摩西球囊霉菌(Glomus mosseae,Gm)对黑麦草-空心菜间作模式下的生长、铀富集存在不同程度的促进作用,以二者联合处理效果最明显;联合修复不仅增强了植物地下部分对放射性核素的固定,同时也降低了土壤中有机质的浓度,增强了放射性核素的附着能力;根际土样、植物灰样的扫描电镜分析和能谱图显示,接种Gm或施加CA对植物修复起到积极作用,以联合修复效果最好。
The soil contaminated by radionuclides around a typical uranium mine was taken as the research object,the pot experiment was adopted to analyze the effect of chelating agent and AM fungi combined plants on strengthening the remediation of radioactive contaminated soil,and to reveal the characteristics of chelating agent and AM combined plants in remediation of contaminated soil.The results show that the application of citric acid(CA)and Glomus mosseae(Gm)promotes the growth and uranium enrichment in ryegrass-water spinach intercropping mode in different degrees,and the combined treatment of them is the most obvious.Combined remediation not only enhances the fixation of radionuclides in underground parts of plants,but also reduces the concentration of organic matter in soil and enhances the adhesion ability of radionuclides.The SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis of rhizosphere soil samples and plant ash samples show that inoculation of Gm or application of CA plays a positive role in plant remediation,and the combined remediation effect is the best.
