摘要
目的 探讨鼻内窥镜微创手术在慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治疗中的效果。方法 选取慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉患者86例为观察对象,根据手术方案不同分为常规组和微创组,每组43例。常规组进行传统手术,微创组进行鼻内窥镜微创手术。比较两组术中出血量、黏膜恢复所需时间、嗅觉障碍评分及疼痛评分。结果 微创组的术中出血量(99.14±5.18)ml少于常规组的(195.42±5.32)ml,黏膜恢复所需时间(32.16±0.84)d短于常规组的(55.43±1.32)d,嗅觉障碍评分(3.02±0.95)分、疼痛评分(2.86±0.62)分低于常规组的(6.08±1.03)、(6.15±0.87)分,数值对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内窥镜微创手术在慢性鼻窦炎并鼻息肉治疗中的效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps as observation subjects were divided into a conventional group and a minimally invasive group according to different surgical plans,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group underwent traditional surgery,and the minimally invasive group underwent minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery.The intraoperative blood loss,mucosal recovery time,olfactory dysfunction score and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results In the minimally invasive group,the intraoperative blood loss was(99.14±5.18)ml,which was less than(195.42±5.32)ml in the conventional group;the mucosal recovery time was(32.16±0.84)d,which was shorter than(55.43±1.32)d in the conventional group;the olfactory dysfunction score was(3.02±0.95)points and pain score was(2.86±0.62)points,which were lower than(6.08±1.03)and(6.15±0.87)points in the conventional group;the comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive nasal endoscopic surgery has significant effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps,and is worthy of application.
