基于Fink模式的情境模拟培训对神经外科护士学员自我效能压力知觉及共情能力的影响

Impact of scenario simulation training based on Fink model on self-efficacy,stress perception and empathy of neurosurgical nurses

摘要 目的探讨基于Fink模式的情境模拟培训对神经外科护士学员自我效能感、压力知觉及共情能力的影响。方法基于Fink课程设计模式制定神经外科护理临床实践培训方案,并对郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科专科护士学员实施培训。比较培训前后学员的一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、压力知觉量表、杰弗逊共情量表(JSE-HP)、综合测评试卷评分,培训后采用课程质量及教学质量评价表评价学员对培训的满意情况。结果培训后,学员的GSES、JSE-HP总分及各维度评分和综合测评试卷评分均高于培训前,压力知觉量表评分低于培训前(P<0.01);学员对课程质量及教学质量评价满意度总分为(93.08±0.60)分。结论基于Fink模式的情境模拟培训有助于提高神经外科护士学员的自我效能感、共情能力和综合素质,同时降低了压力水平,培训满意度较高,具有临床适用性。 Objective To explore the impact of scenario simulation training based on Fink model on self-efficacy,stress perception,and empathy of neurosurgical nurses.Methods Neurosurgical nursing clinical practice training program was developed based on the Fink curriculum design model and implemented for nursing students of neurosurgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Scores on the General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES),Perceived Stress Scale(PSS),Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Heath Professionals(JSE-HP),and comprehensive assessment paper(CAP)were compared before and after training,after training students'satisfactions with training evaluated using simulation course quality and teaching quality assessment form.Results After training total and all dimension scores of both the GSES and the JSE-HP as well as CAP scores were higher and that on the PSS was lower compared with pre-training(P<0.01),the overall satisfaction score on course quality and teaching quality assessment was(93.08±0.60).Conclusion Scenario simulation training based on Fink model is helpful to improve the self-efficacy,empathic capacity and comprehensive quality of neurosurgical nurses and also lowers stress levels,satisfaction with training is higher,and has clinical applicability.
