摘要
为进一步探究Q355B钢精炼过程中非金属夹杂物的形成与演变规律,在重庆钢铁炼钢厂“BOF→LF→RH→钙处理→CC”工艺生产Q355B钢精炼全流程进行了两炉取样,分析检测了钢液和炉渣成分,揭示了不同阶段非金属夹杂物的形貌和成分演变特征。研究结果表明,Q355B钢精炼过程中的非金属夹杂物主要是SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx类和CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)类。SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx类非金属夹杂物的演变比较复杂,LF造渣精炼过程中加入铝渣球会改性SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)类夹杂物为SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx类,RH钛合金化会改性成为高钛含量Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx、CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx和MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx类非金属夹杂物;CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)类非金属夹杂物几乎在精炼全过程均出现。随着精炼过程中LF造渣精炼、钢包吹氩、RH真空精炼、钙处理和软吹氩搅拌,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)类非金属夹杂物从高熔点逐渐向低熔点转变,进入液相区,尺寸和数量逐渐减少。LF精炼使用铝渣球造渣和RH的钛合金化工艺是钢液和渣中钛成分的主要来源,影响Q355B钢精炼过程非金属夹杂物的演变,需进行工艺审视。
To further investigate the formation and evolution of non-metallic inclusions during the refining process of Q355B steel,two furnace samples were taken from the entire refining process of Q355B steel produced by the“BOF→LF→RH→Calcium treatment→CC”process at Chongqing Iron and Steel Works.The composition of the steel liquid and slag was analyzed and tested,revealing the morphology and compositional evolution characteristics of non-metallic inclusions at different stages.The research results indicate that the non-metallic inclusions in Q355B steel during the refining process are mainly SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx and CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) types.The evolution of SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx type non-metallic inclusions is relatively complex.Adding aluminum slag balls during LF slag refining process will modify SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3) type inclusions into SiO_(2)-MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx type,while RH titanium alloying will modify them into high Ti content Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx,CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx,and MnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-TiOx type non-metallic inclusions.CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) type non-metallic inclusions almost appear throughout the refining process.With LF slag refining,ladle argon blowing,RH vacuum refining,calcium treatment,and soft argon stirring during the refining process,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) type non-metallic inclusions gradually transition from high melting point to low melting point,enter the liquid phase zone,and their size and quantity gradually decrease.The use of aluminum slag ball slagging and RH titanium alloying process in LF refining is the main source of titanium composition in steel liquid and slag,which affects the evolution of non-metallic inclusions in Q355B steel refining process and requires process review.
