摘要
为了解我国蛋鸡智能养殖设备的生产和应用情况,试验采取随机抽样的方法,对全国18家蛋鸡智能设备生产企业和45家规模化蛋鸡养殖场进行问卷调研。对设备生产企业的调研内容主要包括基本情况以及智能设备生产情况,智能设备涉及到饲喂、环境控制、行为监测、疾病诊断、粪污处理等多环节。对养殖场的调研内容主要包括基本情况以及饲喂、环境控制、粪污处理、智能设备应用等,并选取部分养殖场进行现场走访。结果显示:年营业收入2000万元以上的大规模企业生产的环控设备和行为监测设备功能更为齐全,年存栏量10万只蛋鸡及以上的大规模蛋鸡养殖场在保温、光照控制和粪污处理方面的机械设备应用情况优于中小规模养殖户。进一步分析发现,不同规模企业生产的二氧化碳监测环控设备和打斗、啄羽以及产蛋行为监测设备的比例存在显著差异(P<0.05),规模水平对笼具类型、保温设备、自动光照控制和传送带清粪设备应用有显著影响(P<0.05)。研究提示:蛋鸡生产规模影响企业生产的智能养殖设备功能种类,大规模场养殖设备整体智能化水平优于中小规模场。
In order to understand the production and application of intelligent laying equipment in China,the experiment adopted the method of random sampling,and conducted a questionnaire survey on 18 intelligent laying equipment manufacturers and 45 large-scale laying farms in China.The content of equipment production enterprises mainly included the basic situation and the production situation of intelligent equipment,which involved feeding,environmental control,behavior monitoring,disease diagnosis,feces treatment and other links.The application,etc.,and selected some farms to visit the site.The results showed that the environmental control equipment and behavior monitoring equipment produced by large-scale enterprises with annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan were more complete,and the mechanical equipment application of large-scale laying chicken farms with annual breeding capacity of 100000 hens or more was better than that of small and mediumsized farmers in terms of thermal insulation,light control and manure treatment.Further analysis showed that there were significant differences in the proportion of carbon dioxide monitoring and environmental control equipment and fighting,feather-pecking and egglaying behavior monitoring equipment produced by enterprises of different sizes(P<0.05),and the scale level had a significant impact on the type of cage,insulation equipment,automatic light control and the application of conveyor belt feces removal equipment(P<0.05).The results indicated that the layer production scale affected the functional types of intelligent farming equipment produced by enterprises,and the overall intelligent level of large-scale farm farming equipment was better than that of small and mediumsized farms.
