摘要
沥青混合料作为当前公路工程建设中最常用的路面材料,其自身性能直接影响着公路施工整体质量,因此,沥青混合料的原材及施工控制及其必要。在影响沥青混合料的各项性能指标中,空隙率是极为关键的物理指标,空隙率作为沥青混合料的重要参数,对沥青路面的使用寿命和路用性能起到关键作用。本文以此为切入点,通过结合北方某高速公路实际情况,分析了各类影响孔隙率指标的因素以及对其空隙率进行施工控制的措施,为同类地区的沥青路面施工过程中空隙率过大问题提供借鉴和参考。
Asphalt mixture,as the most commonly used pavement material in current highway engineering construction,its own performance directly affects the overall quality of highway construction.Therefore,the raw materials and construction control of asphalt mixture are necessary.Among the various performance indicators that affect asphalt mixtures,porosity is a crucial physical indicator.As an important parameter of asphalt mixtures,porosity plays a crucial role in the service life and road performance of asphalt pavement.This article takes this as the starting point and analyzes various factors that affect the porosity index and measures for construction control of the porosity by combining with the actual situation of a certain expressway in the north.It provides reference and reference for the problem of excessive porosity in the construction process of asphalt pavement in similar regions.
