摘要
“以竹代塑”是减少环境污染、有效实现“双碳”目标的新兴产业,其市场前景广阔。贵州省竹林资源禀赋优越,以赤水为代表的竹产业基础良好,发展“以竹代塑”具有巨大潜力,因此将资源优势转化为发展优势,有效推动竹产业转型升级迫在眉睫。通过调研走访和梳理归纳,文章阐述了贵州竹产业发展现状,系统分析了有利条件和面临的挑战,提出了明确发展方向、优化产业布局、加强科技创新、提升竹资源质量、加强组织领导、强化政策保障、加大资金投入、扩大宣传推广等促进竹产业发展的建议,以期为推动贵州“以竹代塑”高质量发展助力。
Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic Initiative has created a new industry to reduce environmental pollution and effectively achieve the“double carbon”goal,which has a brilliant market prospect.Guizhou province is endowed with abundant bamboo resources,and Chishui city has built a good foundation for the bamboo industry,which has a great potential in the development of“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”.It is imminent to transform resource advantages to development advantages and effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo industry.Through investigation,survey and interviews,this study elaborates on the current development of the bamboo industry in Guizhou province,and systematically analyzes the favorable conditions and challenges faced.Suggestions are proposed to promote the development of the bamboo industry,such as clarifying the development directions,optimizing the industrial layout,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,improving the quality of bamboo resources,strengthening organizational leadership,strengthening policy supports,increasing investment,and expanding publicity and dissemination,with the aim to help promote the high-quality implementation of the Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic Initiative in Guizhou province.
