摘要
变形假单胞菌(Pseudomonas plecoglossicida)是一类重要的鱼类条件致病菌,可感染多种海、淡水养殖鱼类。变形假单胞菌引起的内脏白点病是网箱养殖大黄鱼最重要的病害之一,在海水网箱养殖中,患病大黄鱼没有明显的外观症状,给疾病的诊断和防治工作带来了更大的挑战。从病原入侵大黄鱼的部位、发病症状、流行季节、发病地域、防治措施等方面综述变形假单胞菌的相关内容,并从养殖管理、药物防治和疫苗开发3个方面提出防治大黄鱼内脏白点病的策略,提出降低养殖密度、做好养殖管理是目前防治该病最主要的手段,期望为这一疾病的防治提供参考,推动大黄鱼养殖产业健康发展。
Pseudomonas plecoglossicida is an important fish pathogen that can cause disease in a variety of marine and freshwater cultured fish.Visceral white nodules disease in internal organs caused by P.plecoglossicida is one of the most important diseases of cultured Larimichthys crocea in cages.In seawater cages,sick fish show no obvious appearance symptoms,which makes it difficult to diagnose and prevent.This article reviewed the relevant knowledge of P.plecoglossicida from the invasion approach of pathogen,symptoms,epidemic season,incidence area,prevention and control measures,etc.,then provided suggestions on prevention and treatment from three aspects:breeding management,drug prevention and treatment,and vaccine development.In general,scientific breeding management is currently the most important means to prevent and treat this disease.The article is aimed to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of this visceral white nodules disease in internal organs and promote the healthy development of L.crocea culture industry.
