摘要
作为一种内源性的心理动力,成长动力对于大学生的全面发展起到重要作用。基于扎根理论的研究认为外部情境刺激和内部认知加工因素共同影响公安院校大学生的成长动力。学校的认可和支持及家庭的正向影响为满足学生自我实现的需要、提高自我效能提供了良好的外部环境。学生个体的心理资本及职业认同感为适应严格的监督和管理、激发成长动力提供积极的能量。但是,学校过度的管理和监督、父母的不良干预破坏了学生的自我控制能力,阻碍了其成长动力。正向体验反馈是成长动力触发的前提,成长动力的影响因素存在“内外交互”效应,决定性效果因人而异,功利性态度是影响成长动力的深层原因。
As an endogenous psychological motivation,growth motivation plays an important role in the overall development of college students.Based on the grounded theory,it is believed that external situational stimuli and internal cognitive processing factors jointly affect the growth motivation of police college students.The recognition and support of the school and the positive influence of the family provide a good external environment to meet the needs of students’self-realization and improve their self-efficacy.Students’individual psychological capital and professional identity provide positive energy to adapt to strict supervision and management and stimulate growth motivation.However,the excessive management and supervision of the school and the bad intervention of the parents destroy the students’self-control ability and hinder the growth motivation.Among them,positive experience feedback is the premise of triggering the growth motivation,the influential factors of growth motivation have the effect of“internal and external interaction”,the decisive effect varies from person to person,and the utilitarian attitude is the deep reason affecting the growth motivation.
