摘要
水泥强度是评价水泥质量的重要技术指标。水泥强度主要来源于早期强度和后期强度,不同时期的强度影响贯穿于混凝土中。为了基于水泥强度评价水泥质量,根据正态分布提出了一种水泥强度质量的比较方法。对比了8家水泥企业生产的P·O42.5水泥的抗压强度,以各水泥样品的抗压强度检测值通过Rstudio软件绘制了水泥抗压强度的频率分布直方图和正态分布曲线,并引入了强度标准值作为水泥强度质量的评价指标。这种评价水泥强度质量的方法可以让用户在满足需求的情况下选择和使用合适的水泥产品。
Cement strength is an important technical indicator for evaluating cement quality.The strength of cement mainly comes from early strength and later strength,and the influence of different periods of strength runs through the concrete.In order to evaluate cement quality based on cement strength,a comparison method of cement strength quality is proposed according to normal distribution.The compressive strength of P·O42.5 cement produced by 8 cement enterprises was compared.The frequency distribution histogram and normal distribution curve of cement compressive strength were drawn by using the compressive strength test values of each cement sample through Rstudio software,and the strength standard value was introduced as the evaluation index of cement strength quality.This method of evaluating the strength and quality of cement allows users to choose and use appropriate cement products while meeting their needs.
