摘要
为了深入了解新疆南疆地区小麦育种的创新状况和未来发展方向,用2021—2022年新疆南疆冬小麦区域试验的18个参试品种(系)作为研究材料,进行产量特性与产量之间的遗传变异、相关性回归及通径分析,目的是探究新疆南疆小麦产量构成3要素与产量之间的相互关系。研究结果揭示,产量的变异系数为5.63%,而影响产量的3个主要因素变异性由大到小依次为穗粒数(12.30%)、千粒质量(10.04%)、收获穗数(4.39%)。经过相关性分析,发现收获穗数与产量之间存在着极显著的正相关关系,相关系数为0.7600;其次是千粒质量、穗粒数。经通径分析,发现影响产量的3要素中,收获穗数的直接通径系数最大(0.8891),千粒质量的最小(0.0326),收获穗数对产量的直接贡献较显著。基于分析结果及南疆4个地州的生态状况,应在小麦新品种的选育过程中,把多穗型品种作为选育的主要目标,同时努力提升千粒质量并保持穗粒数的稳定性。
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the innovation status and future development direction of wheat breeding in the southern Xinjiang,18 experimental varieties(lines)of winter wheat in the southern Xinjiang from 2021—2022 were used as research materials to conduct genetic variation,correlation regression and path analysis between yield characteristics and yield.The aim is to explore the interrelationship between the three factors of wheat yield composition and yield in southern Xinjiang.The results show that the variation coefficient of yield is 5.63%,and the order of variability of the three main factors affecting yield is grain number per spike(12.30%),thousand-grain weight(10.04%)and harvested panicles(4.39%).Through correlation analysis,there is a very significant positive correlation between harvested panicles and yield,and the correlation coefficient was 0.7600,followed by thousand-grain weight and grain number per panicle.Through path analysis,it is found that among the three factors affecting yield,the maximum direct path coefficient of harvested panicles is 0.8891,and the minimum direct path coefficient of thousand grain weight is 0.0326.The direct contribution of harvested panicles to yield is the most significant.Based on the analysis results and the ecological conditions of the four prefectures in southern Xinjiang,the main goal of breeding new wheat varieties is to focus on multi spike varieties,while striving to improve thousand-grain weight and maintain the stability of grain number per spike.
