摘要
镁合金密度低、比强度高,是轨道交通领域最具应用潜力的轻量化合金材料。文章从镁合金材料在轨道交通领域的应用现状入手,结合镁合金材料的特点及常用镁合金材料的力学性能,分析了镁合金在轨道交通行业中应用的前景和挑战,最后针对镁合金车体的研制提出了选材建议。
Magnesium alloy has low density and high specific strength,which is the most potential lightweight alloy material in the field of rail transit.Starting from the application status of magnesium alloy materials in the field of rail transit,combined with the characteristics of magnesium alloy materials and the mechanical properties of commonly used magnesium alloy materials,this paper analyzes the prospects and challenges of the application of magnesium alloy in rail transit industry.Finally,the material selection suggestions are put forward for the development of magnesium alloy car body.
